You can clean the aligners once a day, during your regular brushing, using soft toothbrush and lukewarm
water.
No. You can eat and drink whatever you want during the treatment. You need to remove your aligners
before food. It is important that you brush your teeth after each meal before reinserting your aligners
for proper hygiene.
